These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the CRMSN Reserve website and your purchase or reservation of CRMSN products and services. By using the website, submitting an order, or approving a custom quote, you agree to these terms.

1. About CRMSN Reserve

CRMSN Reserve is a Maryland-based small-batch beverage brand offering premium Caribbean sorrel, gift-ready experiences, and custom or event offerings. CRMSN beverages are non-alcoholic and spirit-free. References to “CRMSN Reserve,” “CRMSN,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the business operating the CRMSN Reserve brand.

2. Eligibility and acceptance

You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement to place an order. If you use the website on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the store or submit an order.

3. Product information and availability

We work to describe products, sizes, ingredients, colors, packaging, availability, and images accurately. Because CRMSN is handcrafted in small batches and screens display color differently, natural variation may occur. Packaging, garnishes, seasonal details, and availability may change without notice.

Product listings are invitations to place an order, not guarantees of availability. Limited releases, reservations, Grand Reserve, event orders, and custom experiences may require separate confirmation. We may limit quantities, decline an order, correct a listing error, or discontinue an item before accepting an order.

4. Reservations and order acceptance

CRMSN uses reservation language for limited small-batch releases. A reservation secures priority for an announced batch or offering but remains subject to availability, fulfillment eligibility, and successful payment. An automated receipt confirms that we received your order. It does not guarantee acceptance.

An order is accepted when we confirm it for preparation or fulfillment. If we cannot accept an order after payment, we will cancel the unavailable portion and issue the applicable refund to the original payment method.

5. Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change before an order is submitted. Applicable taxes, shipping, delivery, rush, printing, and customization charges are shown at checkout or in the approved quote. You authorize the total presented when you submit payment.

Online payments are processed by Square and any payment option made available through Square. Your use of a third-party payment option is also subject to that provider’s terms. We do not store full payment-card numbers.

6. Shipping

Shipping is available only for products and destinations CRMSN has approved for shipment. Standard bottle shipping is $15 per bottle. Because of its size and weight, each one-gallon Grand Reserve bottle ships for $25 per bottle. Multi-bottle sets are charged according to the number of bottles included unless the product listing, checkout calculation, or a written custom quote states otherwise. Shipping availability, timing, and final charges are confirmed at checkout or in writing.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address and for ensuring someone can promptly retrieve a refrigerated delivery. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient, weather, carrier disruption, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided, subject to rights that cannot legally be limited.

Do not consume a shipment that arrives broken, leaking, visibly tampered with, or in a condition that raises a food-safety concern. Photograph the exterior package, packing materials, and affected product, keep the items available for review, and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Local pickup and DMV delivery

Local pickup is free and available by appointment in Laurel, Maryland. We will contact you when the order is ready and coordinate the pickup window. Please do not arrive before receiving confirmation.

Local delivery is $15 per order for eligible addresses in Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Checkout determines whether an address is within the approved service area. We may contact you to coordinate the delivery window.

An order left uncollected beyond the confirmed window may need to be rescheduled. Because the products are perishable, repeated missed pickup or delivery attempts may affect eligibility for a replacement or any remedy required by law.

8. Refrigeration and safe handling

CRMSN beverages are perishable and must be kept refrigerated. Refrigerate promptly after pickup or delivery, keep the bottle properly sealed, follow the storage and use-by guidance supplied with the product, and serve chilled. You are responsible for safe storage and handling after receipt.

Do not consume a product if the seal is broken before receipt, the bottle is damaged, or the product has an unusual odor, appearance, or condition. When in doubt, do not taste it. Contact us promptly.

9. Ingredients, allergies, and health information

Ingredients may include hibiscus, citrus, ginger, spices, and sweeteners. Recipes may vary by product or release. Review the current label and contact us before ordering if you have an allergy, sensitivity, dietary restriction, pregnancy-related concern, medication concern, or other question about ingredients.

CRMSN products and website content are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and are not a substitute for medical advice. Customer reviews and testimonials describe individual experiences and are not promises of a health outcome.

10. Cancellations

All orders are final once submitted. We do not accept cancellations or issue refunds for change of mind, taste preference, scheduling conflicts, missed pickup, or an incorrect address supplied by the customer. CRMSN may cancel an order for safety, availability, suspected fraud, pricing error, or fulfillment limitations. If we cancel an order or cannot fulfill an accepted order, we will provide the refund or other remedy required by applicable law.

11. Final sale; no returns or refunds

This policy applies to perishable beverages, nonfood merchandise, custom labels, printed or personalized items, gift experiences, and event orders. It includes requests based on change of mind, taste preference, scheduling conflicts, missed pickup, or an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

If an order is damaged in transit, materially defective, incorrect, missing, or not delivered, contact us within 24 hours of receipt or the expected delivery date at drinkcrmsn@crmsnreserve.com. Include your order number and clear photographs when applicable. After review, we will provide an appropriate replacement, store credit, or refund only when required by applicable law or when CRMSN elects that remedy.

If we cannot ship or fulfill an accepted order within the promised timeframe, we will contact you regarding the delay and provide any cancellation or refund rights required by law.

Nothing in these terms limits a consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.

12. Custom, gifting, and event orders

Custom work requires full payment and final artwork approval before production unless a written quote states otherwise. Your quote, invoice, proof, or order agreement may set quantities, included concepts or revisions, deadlines, pickup or delivery, rush fees, and cancellation terms. Those approved project-specific terms are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions. If they conflict, the written custom terms control for that order.

You are responsible for reviewing names, dates, spelling, images, colors, and other details before approval. Production based on an approved proof is not defective solely because the approved proof contained an error. Rush printing or expedited fulfillment is subject to availability and separately approved charges.

You represent that you have permission to use any name, image, logo, trademark, or other content you provide. You grant CRMSN a limited license to use that content only as needed to create and fulfill your order.

13. Intellectual property

The CRMSN Reserve name, logos, product names, packaging, photographs, graphics, website design, written content, and other brand materials are owned by or licensed to CRMSN and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal, noncommercial shopping and information. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, modify, scrape, or use CRMSN materials for another business without written permission.

14. Reviews and customer content

If you submit a review, testimonial, photo, or other content for public use, you represent that it is truthful, based on your experience, does not violate another person’s rights, and does not contain unlawful or misleading claims. You grant CRMSN a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, adapt for formatting, and promote content you intentionally submit for publication. We may decline or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, unrelated, or inconsistent with these terms.

15. Acceptable use

You may not use the website to commit fraud, interfere with site security, introduce malicious code, scrape or resell content, impersonate another person, violate law, infringe rights, submit false payment or fulfillment information, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.

16. Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to third-party services, including Square, HubSpot, Google, social platforms, carriers, and reservation pages. We do not control their separate services, content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by its own terms.

17. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every product will remain available. Product quality guarantees are limited to the written descriptions and remedies in these terms. No disclaimer excludes an express promise we make in writing or a warranty or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

18. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CRMSN will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or an order. For a claim involving an order, CRMSN’s aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including where applicable liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or personal injury caused by legally actionable conduct.

19. Events beyond reasonable control

CRMSN is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, carrier disruption, power or refrigeration failure, supply shortage, illness, government action, labor disruption, or internet or payment-system outage. We will communicate material delays and use reasonable efforts to offer an appropriate next step.

20. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Prince George’s County, Maryland, unless applicable consumer law requires another forum.

21. Changes and severability

We may update these terms as the store, services, or law changes. The effective date at the top shows the latest revision. The terms in effect when an order is accepted will govern that order unless the parties agree otherwise in writing. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
